These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tri7bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tri7bet website located at https://tri7bet.cam and all associated services, products, and features made available thereon (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet via tri7bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not register an account or make use of any services offered by tri7bet. We strongly encourage all prospective players to read these Terms carefully and to contact our support team at [email protected] if any provision is unclear.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Access to tri7bet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of a Player's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. tri7bet enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in compliance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling activities is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must be of sound mind and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account. Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tri7bet or by any external gambling authority, at the time of registration or continued use.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be accurate, complete, and belong to you personally. The use of false identities, third-party identities, or fictitious information is prohibited.

To register an Account on tri7bet, you must complete the online registration form accurately and provide all required information, including a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and up to date.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement for all Players prior to processing their first withdrawal request. KYC serves to verify your identity, confirm your age, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), driver's licence, or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the previous three months;
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document.

tri7bet will process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 business hours. Players are encouraged to submit their verification documents at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays when making withdrawal requests. tri7bet may request additional documentation at any time where it deems further verification necessary.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request from tri7bet may result in the suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending satisfactory resolution.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following general terms of use at all times:

• You shall use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You shall not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• You shall not attempt to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to tri7bet without prior written consent;
• You shall not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage;
• You shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• You shall not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other conduct designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• You shall keep your login credentials confidential and not share Account access with any third party;
• You shall promptly notify tri7bet's support team if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

tri7bet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor all activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms and to take such action as it deems appropriate — including suspending or terminating Accounts — in response to any breach or suspected breach.

6.1 Deposits. tri7bet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via a range of payment methods including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, DuitNow, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50. tri7bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being satisfactorily completed and all applicable wagering requirements having been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, tri7bet will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method held in the Player's name.

6.4 Fraud Prevention. tri7bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, tri7bet may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.

6.5 Currency. All transactions are denominated in MYR unless an alternative currency arrangement has been explicitly agreed with the Player in advance. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

7.1 General. tri7bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Wagering requirements applicable to each specific promotion are disclosed in that promotion's individual terms.

7.3 Eligible Games. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets and live casino games may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion than slots. Game-specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms and are non-extendable except at tri7bet's express discretion.

7.5 Referral Programme. tri7bet's referral programme allows existing Players to invite friends to register. A referral bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited subject to the referred friend completing registration, satisfying the minimum first deposit requirement, and meeting the applicable play-through conditions. There is no cap on the number of eligible referrals.

7.6 Birthday Bonus. Eligible Players who have maintained an active Account and met the relevant tier requirements may receive a birthday bonus. Birthday bonuses are tiered as follows: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; VIP — MYR 2,688. All birthday bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the promotion terms.

7.7 Abuse of Bonuses. tri7bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in coordinated bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or otherwise violated the spirit or letter of the applicable promotional terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on tri7bet are accepted at the Company's discretion. tri7bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including but not limited to where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit; the bet is placed on a market that has been suspended or closed; or the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Individual markets carry their own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that a price, odds, or game outcome is displayed as a result of a technical error, human error, or system fault, tri7bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts, regardless of whether the bets were placed in good faith.

8.4 Live Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are final once confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and it is the Player's responsibility to confirm the odds displayed at the moment their bet is submitted. Disputes regarding in-play bet acceptance must be raised within 48 hours of the event conclusion.

8.5 Game Disconnection. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, any unsettled game rounds will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the specific game provider. tri7bet is not liable for any losses attributable to connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

8.6 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant sports authority or game provider, as applicable. In the case of disputes regarding settlement, tri7bet's decision, having regard to available evidence, shall be final and binding.

tri7bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering will be restricted until the relevant period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account remains inaccessible for betting purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. Self-excluded players must not attempt to register new accounts. Any Account found to be held by a self-excluded individual will be closed and funds returned.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time notifications to remind them of time spent on the Platform.

tri7bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that is dishonest or harmful to the integrity of the Platform;
• The Player's Account is being operated by or on behalf of a third party;
• The Player is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling services are prohibited;
• The Player is subject to an active self-exclusion order or has otherwise been identified as vulnerable under applicable responsible gambling standards;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to do so.

Upon Account termination, any real money balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraud) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tri7bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the Platform's availability, regardless of cause;
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the Platform where such information contained a manifest error;
• Any financial losses resulting from the Player's own gambling decisions, whether informed or otherwise;
• Any losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays, system outages, or connectivity failures beyond tri7bet's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tri7bet's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tri7bet is incorporated and licensed to operate.

You agree that the courts of the applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, tri7bet reserves the right to bring proceedings against any Player in the courts of the jurisdiction in which that Player is resident for breach of these Terms.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gambling in their country or territory of residence. tri7bet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

tri7bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tri7bet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request to close your Account in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 10.
